Zen Sesshin in Morocco

Into silence on a unique location nearby Essaouria, close to the southwest coast of Morocco. Here all conditions are met to bring body, mind and spirit into harmony. This is an eight day intensive program designed specifically for managers. Core elements of the course are Zazen (sitting in silence), Kinhin (meditative walking), physical exercises (body balance), lectures, individual sessions with the Zen teachers and an excursion to spiritual places on the island.
